The Impact of Health Information Management in the Provision of Quality Health Care Services in Anambra State

This research work is a descriptive project work which examines “the Impact of Health Information Management in the provision of quality health care services in Anambra State, using Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital as a case study”.The purpose of this study is to identify and examine those factors that limit the impact of health information management in the provision of quality health care services.
